It is, in fact, not an edited photo. It is vectorart made up from scratch on a blank canvas :) The photo from felinos has been used as source and there is no elements from the source photo in my drawing. I would say I have the rights for my creation and the rights for the source photo must belong to the one who shot the photography. Just to clear things out.
